Our Work Product: Upon full payment, you receive all rights to the formatted e-book files we create. However, we retain the right to use project examples in our portfolio and marketing materials, with identifying information removed unless you provide explicit consent.

Website Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zenshopau and protected by copyright laws.

Payment Terms

Pricing for services is based on project scope, complexity, and turnaround time. Payment terms include:

Project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
A deposit may be required before work begins on certain projects
Final delivery of formatted files is contingent upon receipt of full payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

Revisions and Modifications

Termination

Upon termination, all completed work to date and applicable fees become due.

Platform acceptance or approval of formatted files
Sales performance or reader reception
Compatibility with future platform updates or changes
Error-free operation, though we conduct thorough quality assurance

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenshopau from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Content you provide that infringes third-party rights
Your use of formatted files in violation of platform terms
Any unlawful or prohibited use of our services

Dispute Resolution
