Once files are delivered and downloaded, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer clear policies for addressing concerns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our formatting services. To ensure this:

  • You have the opportunity to provide feedback during the formatting process
  • We offer one round of revisions included with all service packages
  • Our team will work with you to address any legitimate formatting issues

Revision Policy

Revisions are included to ensure the final product meets your expectations:

Included Revisions

  • One round of revisions is included with all service packages
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of project delivery
  • Revisions address formatting issues such as typography, spacing, alignment, and technical errors
  • Revisions do not include changes to the original manuscript content

Additional Revisions

  • Additional revision rounds beyond the included one are available for a fee
  • Fees are based on the scope and complexity of requested changes
  • Significant scope changes may require a new project quote

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances:

Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be issued if:

  • We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline without valid reason
  • The delivered work does not substantially match the agreed project scope
  • Technical errors prevent the formatted files from functioning as specified
  • The project is cancelled before work begins

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • You cancel the project after work has begun but before completion
  • Minor technical issues remain unresolved after reasonable revision attempts
  • Both parties agree that the project cannot be completed satisfactorily

Partial refunds are calculated based on the work completed and resources invested.

No Refund Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after final files have been delivered and accepted
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences when work meets professional standards
  • Platform rejection due to content issues unrelated to formatting quality
  • Changes to manuscript content after formatting is complete
  • Failure to respond to requests for feedback during the revision period
  • Issues arising from improper use of delivered files

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Clearly explain the reasons for your refund request
  4. Provide supporting documentation if applicable (error screenshots, platform rejection notices, etc.)
  5. Allow us 5-7 business days to review your request

We will review your request and respond with a decision. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, we are committed to finding a fair resolution:

  • We will schedule a call or meeting to discuss your concerns in detail
  • We may offer alternative solutions such as additional revisions or service credits
  • We aim to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith communication

Project Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time with the following terms:

Before Work Begins

  • Full refund of any payments made
  • No cancellation fee

After Work Begins

  • Payment for work completed to date
  • Delivery of any completed portions upon request
  • Refund of remaining balance

After Delivery

  • Full payment is due
  • Refunds considered only under circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy

Quality Assurance Commitment
