Additional Revisions

Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility

We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline without valid reason

Partial Refund Eligibility

No Refund Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after final files have been delivered and accepted
Dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences when work meets professional standards
Platform rejection due to content issues unrelated to formatting quality
Changes to manuscript content after formatting is complete
Failure to respond to requests for feedback during the revision period
Issues arising from improper use of delivered files

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
